they really should train their waitress and waiters to actually do their jobs.

This lunch was not the best we have enjoyed at a Cracker Barrel. The biscuits were hard and the special of the day of turkey and dressing was dry and salty. I guess it was an off day but put us off from a return visit.

Food was cold and was not prepared like we asked for very slow service. The front was very sweet and helpful

Our Waitress was awesome! Her name was Katelyn, our drinks were never empty and she had a wonderful attitude and the food was delicious!!!

Had a really good cheeseburger and mimosas. Shop had some interesting sodas and knick knacks. Server was very polite but I don’t remember his name. Deducted points for noise and it seemed like the server might’ve been overworked granted it was a Friday night. Not so bad that it’d prevent me from coming back though. Bazookah bubble gum flavored soda was delicious. Hope they’ll add more sodas to the gift shop that don’t have toxic preservatives, coloring or sweeteners.

We've traveled to do many Cracker Barrels and have never had bad service or food. But tonight was a disaster. We had to ask several times for napkins, ketchup, and someone to find our server. Meat was burnt and dry. Had to ask another server to just replace the meat and the rest of the food was cold when a different server brought it out 20 minutes later. They weren't busy, but minimal staff. We never saw the manager, even after requesting her. Then I was charged for the replaced meat. Eating out has become less and less with cost rising and adding in poor service and food quality .Do better Cracker Barrel or you'll lose loyal customers like us.

We were upset though that we received an email the day before, Saturday, letting us know that we had 253 peg point rewards. This was the reason, enough points for free entree, for us coming after church on Sunday. When I went to check out the points weren’t showing on my app. After further investigation the cashier couldn’t find my points either and said they expired on Saturday the day I received the email. The email didn’t say anything about my reward points expiring that day. This was very disappointing and the store wouldn’t do anything which was also disappointing. Needless to say we won’t be back for a while.
