Stopped by this morning for breakfast, the guy that came to the window looks like the man who you see in some of the advertisement photos so I am assuming he is the owner but I could be wrong. He was super rude, not a good way to appreciate your customers who come out of their way to visit your establishment and give you their business! Do better

Today we tried the Chili Cheese tater tots they had so much flavor definitely if you have not tried them please do. Cuevas always have some very good food.

I had the enchilada special the enchiladas and beans are pretty good I am not a big fan of the rice but let's talk about that carne guisada burrito with cheese in a homemade tortilla I have to say it was the best carne guisada burrito I have had in Lubbock talking about it right now makes my mouth water. I rate this place 10 out of 10 I highly recommend that burrito.

I have been wanting to try Cuevas for awhile due to all the great comments on the Lubbock Foodie group- once we found it- did not disappoint!
Everyone was so friendly and while they may not be the fanciest place in town, they make up in DELICIOUS food and great service!!!! A hole in the wall gem! YUM

Loved this place. Had a delivery around the corner, looked for a place to grab a bite found this place. The Staff was very friendly and the price for the special was ridiculous.... you are not going to find another deal this good. If you are reading reviews to see if you should try it.... take my word stop by and try it.

Words can't describe how good this food was. Pictures can't do it justice. It was hot, fresh and made to order. We got the beef enchiladas, which was a Tuesday special and the asada fries. They come with queso but I got it taken off which was a mistake on my part. they are testing these out to see if they should add them to the menu. My vote would be yes! Come support a small business.

We picked up our food in the drive thru window. We ordered 2 enchilada meals with beans and rice. It was delicious. The cost was $10/meal. They were raising money to help a family in need that lost a love you.
