Painfully SLOWWWWW, always. They have delicious drinks but only stop if you have at least 20 min to wait in line. If I could make a company with Starbucks speed and Dutch Bros drinks - that would be amazing.

I come here pretty often, my only complaint is the 2 lanes. When there is a line backed up, there seems to be no point to having 2 lanes open because first of all people can’t maintain the order they showed up in because of course they can’t. But then to expect one employee to keep track of what order people showed up in when there are 8+ cars in line is ridiculous. I’ve been skipped over several times in line as a result of this poorly managed/thought out system.

Service was fast and friendly. Seriously almost no wait time and there were three cars in front of me. You get to the window and you talk with employees are just running around making drinks! I couldn’t handle that, but great job to them! The drinks were delicious. I’ll be back!
Stopped by yesterday for a drink and Quincy took my order. Just wanted to brag on him because he had the best attitude, customer service and just so nice! He went over my order and add ons to make sure it was correct, smiled the entire time and handled multiple cars/orders by himself while his coworker was on break. Such a great experience. Great job Quincy! Thank you again. We will be back!
