I swear Dutch Bros hires the happiest humans on Earth. They’re so welcoming and friendly that pulling up feels like driving into your own personal hype squad. I always leave feeling like I could run a marathon (I can’t 😂). And the speed? They get your drink out faster than I can find my debit card, blink twice and it’s already done. 10/10 every single time!

I just have to say I have never had a bad experience with Dutch Bros, but today was top tier. It was my dog’s birthday, so I wanted to get him a pup cup. I originally had gone to Starbucks, only because it was closer, only to be told I couldn’t get one without a purchase. I asked if there was anyway I could pay for it and he told me no. So I went out of the way to go to Dutch Bros. As soon as I got there they were so kind. They told me I could get a pup cup, even without purchase. Not only that, the manager said she felt bad and wanted to give me a free drink. I was so appreciative and honestly it made my day. I didn’t need a drink because it was already 6:30pm, but the fact that they did that after I had been told I couldn’t get a pup cup from another coffee shop made both our days. Thank yall so much for always being so kind and going above and beyond with your customer service. One of the many reasons I am a loyal, long-term customer!!

Like someone else said painfully slow! What’s the point in ordering ahead if you have to wait to get to the window. The point is to get in and out and noooo one knows how to use their drive through and the workers don’t help too much with that either. This location def needs some work.
