This is simply the best sandwich shoppe in the 806. Let me suggest the Italian. Very good. Prices are okay, but their food justifies the cost. Service has always been great along with the ding room and bathrooms bring clean. It is worth the drive even if you live inside the loop.
update: the last two visits were less than stellar. Shorter hours and, as is a trend in Lubbock, short staffed. Out of several items.Might be Cooper plaza' best kept secret. Great food and reasonable price.

I just love the caprese sandwich from Earl. I also like their tomato soup which they serve with fresh croutons. (I think it's canned soup but they dress it up with cream and it's delish!) The service is always good and the workers are kind. They are personable and fun. Definitely recommend.
