Being new to Lubbuck, we are trying to explore as much new eateries as possible. We stumbled upon Earl of Sandwich and we were definitely surprised.
Christian greater us with a smile as we entered the establishment. The menu selection was vast and displayed clearly. Dane had the Tuna Melt A+ while I had the original BLT - A++ .

We were in Lubbock for the weekend and stopped at Earl of Sandwich as soon as we arrived in town on Friday.  I had only been to Earl of Sandwich at Disneyland and Disney World before finding this one in Lubbock, just a short 500 miles from my home lol.  It’s been about 10 months since I’ve been to this location and I was looking forward to my favorite sandwich, 1762 the original – roast beef, cheddar, and horseradish sauce, and tomato soup as my side. update: the last two visits were less than stellar. Shorter hours and, as is a trend in Lubbock, short staffed. Out of several items.Might be Cooper plaza' best kept secret. Great food and reasonable price.
