This place is usually very good. Unfortunately on this day the supervisor and an employee were having isdues with the quality of clesning and speed of it. The supervisor spoke firmly but harshly to the employee several times in our hearing and the employee complained to other employees almost condtsntly when the supervisor would step away. This made our meal less enjoyable and we rushed to leave

I was pleasantly surprised at our 1st visit to Fazoli's in 10 years. I'm a chicken parmesan lover and the last couple of times that we went, it was like eating mush. No consistency to the chicken plus it was already pre-packaged so asking for no marinara sauce on my noodles was not an option. I believe, at least my chicken parm was made to order. A big plus!!! After our visit we will definitely be going back. All the employees were great, from the lady taking our order and the others behind the counter making sure that we would get what I wanted to the young girl that was mopping floors.She was well informed on the question I had. I was very pleased when Luke M, the manager on duty came by to make sure all was well with our meal. I explained that I hadn't been to a Fazoli's in years and told him I was so pleased with our visit. I love my food. We eat out most of the time so will be adding Fazoli's to our list of restaurants. This location is managed great!! I'm looking forward to our next visit.

Went in cause I was craving spaghetti I got the 3.99 deal and it was so good! The staff was so polite and helpful when I asked about the deal cause I didn’t see it on the menu. The restaurant was very clean and had a great atmosphere when you walked in. The breadsticks were hot and fresh and tasted delicious along with my food. I loved everything about my visit today and would come back again.

While in town today we stopped in for a birthday lunch. After we ordered, I saw on the app that we had a birthday desert!
But it was supposed to be ordered with the meal, so the computer said, “nope.”
The girl at the counter and the manager were so friendly and helpful, and went ahead and overrode the system so we could have birthday cheesecake anyway!
The food here is always awesome, and the staff is always friendly, but today was even better!
