Have eaten at a few 5 guy locations. This one is horrible. Floor was dirty, had trash on the floor. The gentleman taking the order did not take the order properly (had to repeat myself along with some other people that were with me) took longer than normal to get my food, the soda machine need to be wiped down also. I base on to places from what I was taught by my family (bunch of the owned or operated restaurants) I might be back… however it is on my places in Texas not to go to unless I am asked by family or friends to go to

Fries were soooo salty!!! Took fries back to re make and they were still salty!!! Got a burger and I asked no ketchup or Mayo... guess what I ketchup and mustard!!Mustard!!! First and last time eating there!!! Over priced and food is not that good.

I honestly love the Cajun fries and I love how they are so giving with their fries lol the fries go along way?? ? so I’m definitely a fan of that. Their food is pretty great. I mean if you want a good burger this place is good but definitely feel like the price is not worth the quality although I still go here but the people are nice but the cashiers and people that pick up the phone to place orders could smile a bit more. I always feel like a burden when I’m ordering but there has been times that I have ran into some amazing cashiers! The guys that cook the burgers are nice and friendly.

Bun was soggy, lettuce was the root with brown spots, bacon burnt to charcoal, and burger tasted burnt too. Two of the 3 pickles were root ends. Fries tasted like oil has not been changed in months. Add to that a burger cost more that 20 bucks and this adds up to a -5

If you want fast food and friendly service stay away from this junior high. There were 8 people standing around and I couldn't get my order of 1 burger and a fry, so I left and went to Whataburger.

We love 5Guys. The only negative critique I have is that they were heavy-handed on the Cajun seasoning for the fries. VERY salty. Staff were great, quick and professional.
This place is amazing if you like to eat just pure oil!! Put my burgers on the bottom of the bag and stacked the fries on top. It wouldn’t have been so bad if they would have just let the fries dry off from being in the fryer and went back to see if I can get my missing hot dog and they were completely ignorant.

I would give no stars. This is the second time we have been in this location in the last month. The manager women, I don't know her name(heavy set women) was yelling at the employee in a very nasty demeanor. She was also talking about how someone came in one minute before closing and wanted fries. She talks down to her employee's . I walked across the street to Qdoba to eat,where the manager and employees were very friendly and helpful.

The food is great just way over priced. This employee was rude, got mad when we asked questions about the food and what all we can put on a burger. First time here and spend $48 for 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks to get treated like a pos. He watched us the entire meal like we did something wrong. Definitely stay away from this location or come back when he's not here.
