As a weekly attendee to Geeks Who Drink at Glass Half Full in Lubbock for more than three years, I have watched as the management of Alamo Drafthouse has turned over multiple times, each time changing the way Glass Half Full runs and running their staff ragged and mistreating them in general. Customers can see it, and the bar staff obviously does their best to try to fit into whatever that day's rules are.

I been enjoying trivia at Glass Half Full for over 2 years. I have always had wonderful experiences with the service and was impressed with how personable the bartending staff was. I am appalled at how these staff members were treated last night (May 17, 2018). With bar area packed to capacity, one bartender was sent home. The new management, specifically Robin, seems to genuinely care about the customers. Ian and Caitlin are always friendly and attentive. The love I have had for this place is back.
