They are one of the best.
My kids and I were pulling in as they were about to leave. I told my kids we can come back another day.
They pulled over and the man said they would take our order! They certainly didn't have to. It made my little ones so happy! That's great customer service.
We were already customers. But this is definitely another reason to keep coming back.

Gonzales Snowcone is a restaurant that offers snowcones. While some customers have mentioned issues with the amount of syrup used and customer service at the Lubbock location, others have praised the Slaton location for its delicious snowcones and friendly staff, particularly an older lady and gentleman. It is noted as a long-time favorite for some customers.
