The past couple of weeks that I’ve been coming the customer service is absolutely horrible. The company needs to hire better applicants. Your employees are extremely fake and has the attitude that they don’t want to be working.. I usually get an avocado coconut bubble blend. My drink as the peelings and ice in my drink..for the amount of money that your company charges I want my drink perfect!!!!!

If you're going to charge a service fee to use a debit or credit card, you need to post this. ADDENDUM: on WHAT windows? Drive - through? Didn't use it. Front door? Didn't stop to read anything with 45 mph winds. Looked all around the lobby after my daughter handed me her receipt.

Visited today and the point system wasn’t working. For such a known establishment a system should be developed where customers can scan their receipt through the app to get points whenever the system is down.

I love this place. And have always chosen this place over any other in Lubbock. However, I am disappointed bc the last two Sno Cones I ordered, they lacked the juice of the flavor of choice. The last two times I have a lot of white in my sno cone and feel like im eating ice. I will continue to go back, but if this continues I wont. There has been small frozen chunks the last two times. Other than these last two times, I love this place and have been going for years.

Although I didn't care for the bubble Thai Tea, I'll give it another try with a different flavor. Thai tea is usually strong in its flavor. This was really weak. I was the next to last car in line before closing. For as late and busy as it was the two young ladies were upbeat, courteous, and kept sincere smiles. As I mentioned the vibe will bring back.

My girlfriend and I loved coming here. The shaved ice was so good. I can see why the lines for both the inside and drive thru were so long. It is totally worth it. 10/10 ( They have lots of great options)
