Went for lunch today only to find it closed but multiple cars outside. I don’t know what’s going on but very disappointing. Ohana will be getting my business from now on, they were at least open today.
We made reservations to celebrate an occasion and when we showed up they accused us of lying about making a reservation and couldn't accommodate us. (The manager who took our reservation admitted to making a mistake but they wouldn't fit us in without an hour wait.) Very disappointing when our kiddos were excited and the host team came across unwelcoming and accusatory.
Food was amazing! I loved the selection

For the best experience, arrive right when they open to enjoy hot and fresh meals like hibachi, ribs, fried rice, and sugar puffs. The sushi, such as the California roll, can be disappointing if it has been sitting for a while. The staff is very nice and attentive.
Overall, Hayashi Buffet is a reliable choice, especially for families with kids who enjoy the ice cream and Jell-O treats. The price is about $20 per person, and it's a little cheaper during the week. While food quality can be inconsistent, visiting during peak hours ensures a better dining experience. The new management and owners have made the food extremely delicious, and the service is excellent.
