Five star location; two star coffee (latte and cappuccino tasted the same and the coffee wasn't very strong); one star food (the sad excuse for scone were little more than scaps of dough (I'll give extra credit for creative choices in Chai and Pumpkin, but the execution was worse than generic mass produced store bought).
Memo to ownership - please try to reduce waste by serving scones on reusable plates or on serving paper. Your server put both our scones into cardboard boxes which immediately went into the trash. Unnecessary waste

Atmosphere is great. The coffee shop is located inside the radio station, and has indoor seating and outdoor seating that overlooks the water. People working are so nice and helpful, food is good for the most part, coffee is excellent one of my favorite coffee spots.

The bear chicken salad sandwich and refreshing lemonade! Very simple setup on the water.
Only downside is the grungy bathroom. Needs a deep clean. And please get rid of the hand blower and get paper towels.
