It’s a unique coffee shop with a view of a pond and prairie dogs. It’s a simple place and a nice quiet spot to read and study. Good coffee options. I only wish they had more hot tea options.

Coffee was amazing and the atmosphere/location is super cool. I can honestly say this is the best location of a coffee shop I have been to. Food was good as well. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place!

What a beautiful place :) the prairie dogs were fun to watch, and the atmosphere of peace and love made my bad day a really good one.Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free bagel (in gluten intolerant conditions- they specifically state their kitchen is not 100% GF) but they made me avacado toast with it :)

The best coffee shop I’ve been to in Lubbock. I am a big fan of matcha and most coffee shops don’t make it right. Hebrews has the BEST matcha I’ve ever tried at a coffee shop. I recommend the Flower Garden (matcha with lavender)— it’s AMAZING. The employees are very welcoming and genuine, and it’s also a great place to hangout and study. The only downside is the area gets really muddy when it rains or snows.

Every time we make it into Lubbock, this is our go to coffee shop. Staff is always friendly, coffee is delicious, and they have good bakery items.

As a coffee connoisseur from Waco TX, I was thrilled to discover He-Brews Coffee. This cozy spot by Buddy Holly Lake is a blend of warmth and charm. Their classic coffee is a true delight, perfectly balancing rich and robust flavors - a rare find for someone who usually skips the sugary options.Spent a productive few hours here, surrounded by a welcoming vibe and inspiring lake views. A big shoutout to the He-Brews team for creating a perfect space for coffee lovers and remote workers alike.

Left before I got my coffee. Started with the pretentious you lady at the counter who had zero customer service skills or desire to help anyone. She proceeded to take about 10 orders...all the while not even beginning to alert anyone of the orders or to get anyone any coffee. At one point we were all just standing there looking at each other. They can take the order...they just can't FILL the order. So...I paid $3.50 for a cup of coffee...still unsure of what I ordered since she couldn't explain anything...got a $4 piece of day old banana bread which was likely bought at the local supermarket....and the supermarket banana bread was the high point.

I like how generally quiet this place is, and the location doesn’t hurt. It’s unique due to being situated inside a city park, and sits right off the water. Their coffee is so good and decently priced, so much better than other chain coffee shops in town! My only menu suggestion would be to add frappes to your menu! I know you’re trying to keep unique, but frappes sell and I would love the option to get a frozen coffee drink. The last time I visited, my friend and I each got an iced coffee. It took quite a while to get them and that was unusual. Usually service isn’t quite that slow with so few people placing orders at that time of day. Also, the parking lot. I know paving anything is ridiculous expensive but the potholes are a nightmare! I’m not sure if this is up to y’all anyway, or if it’s the city who needs to see the complaint but they’re out of control. Use caution in the parking lot for sure. Otherwise, definitely worth checking out!

Neat coffee shop! Menu has lots of creative takes on drinks and isn’t your standard coffee line up. Baked goods and coffee and candles for sale as well. Great, relaxing environment for studying or hanging out. The barista crew is top notch, very knowledgeable on products and extremely pleasant.Dietary restrictions: Non dairy optionsParking: Dirt lot has potholes and runoff areas so watch out and drive slowKid-friendliness: Wholesome environment
