Heffs has the best burgers anywhere! Great service and fresh food! Its awesome to see them cut your potatoes on the spot so you its fresh! Hands down my favorite place to eat!

The food was was really great, but what made this trip to Heff’s stand out was the incredible service and kindness provided by Deanna. This was honestly the best fast food experience we have ever had. She went out of her way to get our dog outside some water, treats, and love. After being on the road for six hours, we are so grateful to have encountered such a genuine and kind person. The next time that we are in Lubbock we will definitely be back to this location!

Just WOW!!!! I want to start off with saying the vegan options are amazing which is hard to find in the area of Texas. Secondly the staff is unbelievably so friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond! We will be making a lot more trips to Lubbock just for the impossible burgers and spiral cut fries! If your are ever in the area this is the place to go!!!!

We visited while picking up my sister for break because we're always looking to branch out and try new (to us) places. "Best of the west" doesn't even cut it; these burgers were amazing! You definitely get what you pay for because they are decently sized burgers, and their twister fires are a must have if you enjoy freshly fried chips.

Heff's is gourmet fast food. The vegetarian/vegan options are too pricey to eat there often, but the veggie burgers are actually delicious and handled with extreme care by friendly, professional staff

We stopped here for lunch today while driving through Lubbock due to the high yelp reviews and we are glad we did. We enjoyed the fresh, customizable burgers and fry options with a delicious fry sauce. Alfred, the owner, was very friendly and delivered our food and talked with us for a few minutes. We didn't try the hand dipped Blue Bell milkshakes but they looked great too. This location is within walking distance of Texas Tech and the stadium.

Decent burger but they nickel and dime you for everything. $1 up charge to have your burger on Texas toast?!? Charges you for dipping sauce for fries.
