Very 1950s vintage down to the glass cups for your ice cream. Great sorbet flavors like root beer, wild cherry, sweet tea and more. They have their own Ice cream too!! As much as I love out made in Texas BlueBell, it is refreshing to see this local favorite not too far from Texas Tech University. Will definitely return everytime I visit my child in Lubbock.

Customer service was good. The only thing is that the waltz even be napping holder or dirty fingerprints ice cream on them. The store would really look good if they got cleaned a little better.

The ice-cream is sooooo good!! A nice amount of flavors to choose from, including sorbet. Definitely get the homemade waffle cone. 😁
Came to enjoy a charming Lubbock experience. The jukebox and oldies music are so fun. The brownie sundae was exceptionally good with a warm brownie and homemade ice cream. However, I cannot give this place 5 stars because it is filthy. I have read quite a few reviews mentioning this, and I hope management takes note. If they are not sure how to deep clean or why my review is mentioning the lack of cleanliness, then they need to hire a cleaning service to come in and help them. All the decor is covered in a thick layer of dust and grime. The doors and windows haven’t been wiped with windex in…..my guess, months? The booths are filthy. There are ice cream fingerprints all over every chair and booth, again indicating they are never wiped down. Floors are dirty and look as if they haven’t been swept or mopped all week. Such a shame because this place is adorable and the ice cream is great, but this cleanliness issue needs to be addressed.
