“Server and food was fantastic, but I've never met such a rude hostess. She was a middle aged Hispanic lady. We had a party of 6 (3 were on the way) and she refused to seat us until our party made it. I also watched her demand guests to follow her and catch an attitude when they didn't follow (because she never addressed them).“
“Ok. IHOP is IHOP. The food is always consistently the same. And the service has always been decent.
But this time the service was really good. As soon as I walked in the door the host had a smile on her face. And not one of those smiles you can tell is fake. Turns out she was my server as well. Brianna was a great server with a great attitude.“
