Host was very rude. He acted like he didn't want to be there. I left before I was able to eat.
Even tho the restaurant looks kinda old The service was pretty good . Friendly staff and food was great , no complaints
I ordered some breakfast food for delivery. Pretty basic stuff like pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns etc. I've never ordered anything like this for delivery before and gotta say I won't do it again... None of the multiple orders of pancakes and crepes I ordered had any of the toppings I picked. Just simple glazed strawberries and blueberries but still. If I wanted plain pancakes without fruit I would've specified that. Very disappointed
The bill was well within reason for the quality.
Changed the menu a little bit but it was still just IHOP great service..
Service consistently slow. Took over 30 minutes to get just a plain breakfast meal. There's always weird people working it too lol.
I had the pleasure of eating here with my daughter. With everything going on I must say we were nervous but this IHOP in particular settled our nerves. They are so clean and thorough. Our food was fresh, our drinks never empty and the staff was so very friendly. Our server was hands down the nicest server and most observant in Lubbock. The food was cooked to perfection and so tasty. We left full and happy! I definitely reccomend this location for your best experience!
My dudes and I ate here. Nice spot and everyone was polite and yea, give it a try, worth the drive. Also we took some pics behind the building. Thanks for being amazing! Much love! Thanks for the amazing food and customer service and over all experience!
So I normally dont eat at IHOP, but dennys was closed so we came to IHOP. Let me tell you I will be returning. The night time service was fantastic. The manager was on top of everything she made sure everyone was taken care of, and her staff was on point. Our food came out late but it was worth the wait. I will definitely be coming back. If I could rate this place a 10 I would because they were fantastic.
The server was attentive, however the pancakes were cold. I ordered eggs over medium and they were basically hockey pucks. Their salt was in a plastic sauce container and no pepper available at all. I understand about the Covid scare but folks are still spending good money to eat in restaurants and it should be a pleasant experience. At least the food should be done well.
I walked in with a larger group and was greeted by a super sweet hostess. When we told her the size of our party she started to explain that there would be a wait. She was very nice and we were understanding; however, a man, who looked to be the manager, came to interrupt her to tell us that we could not be seated. Very rude. We would have been okay with waiting, but the rude manager made me not want to come back. Very disappointing
I’ve visited this IHOP to study consistently since my freshman year. It has been consistently great! The staff have never been anything but exceptional. I’ve spent many nights studying her for 6 plus hours and the servers have always been exceedingly gracious. The coffee is their big seller since as far as I know there isn’t any 24/7 coffee shops in Lubbock. So if you want to study on a budget visit IHOP! All you can drink coffee for just $2.50.
Wasn't what I remember IHOP to be. From the dead flies on our table to the 30 minute wait for a side of biscuits and gravy, we definitely won't forget our meal here lolol
Service was terrible. Couldn’t get refill on coffee and people that were seated 20 minutes after us had their food. We ended up leaving after waiting on food 45 minutes.
I would not recommend this IHOP to ANYONE! Terrible service. The three separate times I have eaten at this location I waited on food for more than one hour. Just going into the IHOP you feel gross...
