When the elderly man fell, employees should have promptly stopped what they were doing and rushed to his aid. His well-being should have been the top priority the injuries were serious, an employee should have called 911 immediately. The man’s condition, especially considering he was on oxygen, required urgent attention. Employees should have informed a manager about the incident. The manager could have assessed the situation, ensured proper medical attention, and taken steps to prevent further accidents. It is disheartening that no employee walked the man out or checked on his well-being. Basic human compassion should prevail, especially when dealing with vulnerable individuals.
