We were there around 8p on the Friday of TTU graduation. We were the only ones there when we arrived, but the store filled up quickly with just two more small parties. They were out of the seasonal cookies, but we were able to order several cookies and ice cream sandwiches between us. Minimal sitting area. No bathroom, that I saw. The under the counter cookies are too dry. They’re usually stocked with all of the menu’s items.
The staff is attentive on arrival but not preemptively helpful. Moderately clean. The property owner is not supplying enough light for customers and delivery personnel beyond the business’s interior lighting through the windows.

I went in with my family one night and the girl was very rude and annoyed because we showed up late. On top of that she was extremely disrespectful! Folks, before you go, to insomnia, think twice. The staff is rude and consist of children, not even young adults, who are rude, unprofessional, and lack customer service. Let's see how long this business can last in Lubbock.
By the way, why it called insomnia if they don't have anything on the menu after 10 pm?...
