Not terrible but the veggies are so water logged your napkins is literally soaked when holding your sandwich. It also causes the veggies to not hold any flavor, even the onions don’t taste like anything. Not impressed! Again, not terrible but you can’t really say anything good about food that has no flavor!

Every Jersey Mike’s I’ve visited in Lubbock has been top-notch. The staff are consistently friendly, engaging, and genuinely eager to connect with customers—it makes each visit a pleasure. The food is fresh, flavorful, and ready in a jiff. The store is always clean, there’s plenty of seating, and free refills are a welcome bonus. Great people, great food, great vibes.

I haven't been to a JM in 15 years, and this location made me feel so comfortable with ordering. The workers went ABOVE AND BEYOND! They actually have ingredients that aren't in the bucket and went to the back to accommodate my preferences!! Green bell peppers for the crunch and Chipotle mayo for an added kick really made my sandwich one of the best tasting! I appreciate the employees patience and sense of humor when dealing with me and my antics!
