Classic staple of Lubbock dining. I was afraid after the original chef retired that the Carne guisada would retire with him. I am here to report that it is as delicious as it has ever been. Just a tiny bit too runny but the flavor is spot on! Our chips were over salted really bad. The reason for the star deduction. The service was top notch as always and the food was delicious and fresh. I love Josie's and have since I was a kid. Excited that it remains strong at this location....

My husband & I went on my lunch break and had buffet, food was sooo good and fresh :) customer service is great & they played great music the whole time as well love it love it!!!!!

The food was really good and the people were incredibly friendly. I will definitely be back.

Parking: There is plenty of open parking with ADA spaces very close to the door.
