Just went at 3 am got some beef nachos the nothing extra on it. The menu says 10 .25 she say my total is 14.25 like what the heck I know taxes don't cost 4 dollars this place is a rip off I wouldn't recommend at all

Has really gone down, no customer service at all! First, I called to place an order and was told they weren't taking call in orders. Okay fine, then I make the drive to be told the fryer isn't working for the deep fried burritos and I wasn't able to place an order because all I had was cash and they were only taking card payments.

I'd advise against it. They botched my order, serving a mystery meat instead of the carne asada I requested. Moreover, it's overpriced and the quality falls short.

Went back after a long time not going back. Saw the price increase but was sure it would be worth it because of the size of the burritos. Was disappointed to see that the burritos were very small nothing like they were before. She asked me if I wanted salsa I said yes and saw I was charged $1 for the salsa never said she was gonna charge me and didn't see any signage. It would have just been nice to know.

We ordered 3 burritos and a small bag of chips and it was $26! One of the burritos was a chicken fajita which I added cheese and of course she charged me but when I opened it there was no guacamole or pico. When I asked her she said they were out of guacamole! So 7-8 bucks for chicken and cheese which she couldn't add the cheese for free to make up for guacamole. Ridiculous prices for such small burritos!!!!

Josie's has a very good food sometimes they're really really busy but they try to get to you as soon as possibleVegetarian options: Most dishes have hamburger meat chicken or egg in them but not all you can specify like for burritos you can order egg potato cheese you can also add lettuce tomato onion hot sauce chips and so queso are good also their chips and hot sauce are excellent I really don't know what to say about dietary restrictions

I guess I'll just make sure to only go when I know certain people are working. I went through the drive thru TWICE & asked for egg, sausage, potato, & BEAN & they STILL put cheese on it & I can't have cheese. Makes zero sense to me.

It's over priced for the food you get.

I got the breakfast burrito the other day $6.75 was what I was charged. It had good flavor however the size of it was tiny, felt like a kids burrito, definitely not enough food for a full grown man.
