Order 3 different combos, they were all wrong, chicken was old and burnt, when I called I ask for the manager the person that answered said she was the manager (she wasn't), when I got there manager never faced me or even apologized for not one, two or three mistakes! they just refunded the money which I should expect in 3 to 5 business days.

I've ordered a few times from this location, but this one takes the cake. No biscuits, no side gravy (they never include the side gravy, ever unless you order inside), over cooked tenders, and missing mashed potatoes and gravy.

I really don't understand how these people get hired. How do you hand out an order to a customer knowing half of the order is missing?? That generation is completely cooked.
Employees refused to give my order extra crispy and all appeared to just be hanging out behind the counter so I took my business down the street

Service has gone down so much. Went in at lunch and was given old hard chicken tenders. The cashier for the lobby(which I think was the manager) was taking orders in front and making them as well as running the drive threw. Mind you there were enough employees. Let your employees do their job! Also can not order threw the app anymore always says unavailable. 😒

This store is DISGUSTING!!!! It's filthy dirty, hair in the chicken, extremely rude staff, overcooked, dry chicken. Do not eat there! The condition of the store was baffling to me. Holes in the ceiling, trash on the floor, the floor and table were sticky.
