This place was horrible, the guy on the speaker was cussing with another coworker and they were being unprofessional and they took 40 minutes to get our order because nothing was in stock they had to make mash potatoes and corn and they were out of bbq sauce and they didn't give us an extra biscuit . horrible service, definitely not going back, 19th street is way better

Place is super clean, and service is very highly responsive. Coleslaw seemed to have lots of onions in it. Don't know if that is part of the mix but I don't like it. Otherwise, the special I ordered was excellent.

I went to this KFC because it was on my way. Never again. I ordered the 12 piece family meal, chose my 3 sides and they repeated them to me. Got my order and went home. I live 25 miles from this location. Got home and didn't get the sides I ordered. To far to go back. You would think they could get it right after repeating them to me, but no...I know they could care less cause they got my 40 bucks...avoid this location.

I was the 2nd car there and ordered $20 special there were 12 cars there and everyone got there food before me 40 minutes later I get my food because I flagged the runner down came back asked for my receipt took another 10 minutes looked over twice and same guy was smoking out by back door lady was rude at drive thru I doubt I will ever go back people were getting out of cars and going in to get food. This is why you have drive thru, not to sit out in parking lot 50 minutes manager did not have corporate phone number but said she would take my name and next time I can they baby biscuits. No biscuits in order no there will not be a next time

Took over an hour even tho we ordered online and it wasn’t busy. Messed up sides and charged for getting the right ones and because it took so long everything was limp and cold. After all that and they couldn’t refund two sides that were already cold and we didn’t want. I would’ve lost my job if I ever worked like these

Horrible, horrible, horrible is all I can say!!! They had 8 cars waiting outside for food already paid for going on now 45 mins and still NO FOOD. If you come to this KFC make sure to ask if they have chicken , if you don’t you will wait almost an hour I. Drive thru. This is ridiculous!!!

I dread coming here for any reason. The staff are extremely slow and don't appear to want to be in any hurry. The restaurant is filthy, and it usually stinks. I do not recommend it at all!

Waited over 25 minutes for food. When asked about it, the manager said that she was waiting on biscuits. When ordering she did not mention the wait. There were 5 cars in the parking lot waiting on food.

Workers were nice enough, but they were out of tortillas, lemonade, straws, and chicken pot pies. Went to go fill the sodas, but one of the nozzles was off, and it went everywhere. Then when we got home the 3 pc big box meal turned into 2 pcs and one of the sides was wrong. Once again, the workers were nice but under-supplied, and I think understaffed.

This is totally ridiculous having to wait for my food order for almost an hour in the drive through lane. This place either needs to hire more help or it needs a new manager.
