I’ve had nothing but great experiences at the 80th & Slide KFC for the previous few months. The food comes out fast, and is fresh and delicious. And the employees have been super friendly. Kudos to this location for getting it right!
Food always fresh when I go. But they need to learn how to answer the phone! Today(June 2nd) I tried to go inside after 11am and the doors were still locked. Tried to go through the drive thru and nobody answered.

Waited over 25 minutes for food. When asked about it, the manager said that she was waiting on biscuits. When ordering she did not mention the wait. There were 5 cars in the parking lot waiting on food.
