Tropical Smoothie Cafe offers a variety of smoothies that are highly praised by customers. However, some guests have experienced slow service, including lengthy wait times in the drive-thru. Additionally, a few customers have reported poor treatment from employees, including being asked to leave a 15% tip and receiving attitude from staff members. Despite these issues, the cafe's food is generally considered great.
