Food is always good! We get the same carry out all the time, but every time I go they seem irritated, mad that customers are there & mad they’re at work (not even right before they close)... which I guess i understand but atleast try to pretend like you’re not miserable. I just started driving a bit further down to slide so I didn’t bother them with more work to do. But like I said food is GREAT so 3 stars seems fair.

11/05/2023, stopped to take my elderly parents a bucket of chicken for us to share. I ordered the 12 piece extra crispy, mashed potato's, coleslaw, four extra biscuits and side of brown gravy. Everything was great EXCEPT the chicken. Due to not working there I don't know when it was made BUT I can guess how long it was under a heat lamp. The chicken was terribly dry and the batter was real dark, I ate a piece and went for more potato's and noticed the folks were to. I ask if it tasted fresh and dad looked at me over his glasses and said "what's it taste like to you" and that answered my question. We really enjoyed EVERYTHING else except the centerpiece. Will not return to this location.

Ordered drive through, wait 27 minutes. Was told got extra 4 pieces of chicken for the wait. Got home got corn vice coleslaw. Got 8 pieces of chicken vice 12 that I ordered. Went back and got it resolved but this KFC seems to never be able to follow the order.

I ordered with the app menu and it said 2 piece comb for 5.00 so for 3 it should of been 15.00 plus tax and was charge 25.30 . So don’t get from KFC at 7601 82nd . False

I wish I would've read the reviews first. Service was beyond slow. It took over 30 minutes to get food for two people. The fish and chicken were both way over cooked. It was a to go order and when I tried to call up there, the line was just busy. We won't be back.

KFC shares the facility with Long John Silver. Tastes like they fry KFC chicken in the same oil as LJS fish and the chicken is overdone to the point where there is no moisture. The fries are limp. The only good food was the biscuit. I will never eat here again.

Went to this location and all the doors were locked. Staff inside just stared at me. Didn’t motion towards anything, didn’t walk towards the door. Went through the drive through line and after waiting a few minutes, was asked to wait a few minutes. I ordered for my wife and me. She had the 3 piece meal with two sides and I had the bowl. Service was quick after that, got home and my wife only had two pieces of chicken and one side. Tried calling the store number multiple times and only got a busy tone. After reading the reviews, I decided I wouldn’t waste my time going back for a refund. Possibly worst KFC I have ever been to.

L5 meal, with extra fish and extra hush puppies. Waited almost 15 min for my food. Didn't check it until I went back to work. Extra fish was short and the extra hush puppies were hard as a rock. Overcooked. No thanks.
