disappointed by management, you have time to eat and if you finish or not you have to leave your food and get out of the place. To my understanding it a buffet and servers don't explain how the service and order works. my family and I sat for 30mins not knowing how to order also was placed on a table with all the sun glare in your face and a lot more and all that time was included in the 2hours as the buffet time. Will not recommend or will never go back.

Came to KPOT BBQ for the food and left raving about the entire experience. The food was great, fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for when you walk into a place like this. But somehow the service was even better.
