Horrible customer service by cashier, thirty minutes for cold food, And a horrible attitude by Tanisha. Please don’t let this lady be the face of your restaurant. I love LJS and I’m very happy yall rebuilt and are starting over a new. Was in the first day and it was great. Today not so much. Clams took thirty minutes after Tanisha got the order wrong and had a horrible attitude about the entire situation. Then came out cold. On a separate note the tables were all mostly dirty and trash on the floor and dirty. Plenty of employees and not super busy. Stay on top of it and keep the place looking new or it will go back down hill fast. I have been in the restaurant business most of my life and see it all the time.

A very disturbed woman come into the restaurant as we were having lunch, she asked us for $3.00 for food and, was told no, she then went to the table where my granddaughters were sitting at when my husband said those are my granddaughters leave them alone, she then crazy yelling at my husband. The management staff never asked her to leave, it was a scary situation.Very unpleasant.

I got to give them 5 stars. I mean i waited 30 minutes for my order but for it to be a new opening, packed house and a line in drive and at the door. They were trying and thats what matters the most. I used to always preach about long john silvers giving up but i can definitely see the turnaround and improvement in play. Consistency once all the kinks are worked out will revamp the brand. Im rooting for it. Thanks staff and management. 👏

They did a fantastic job. You got to learn to be a little patient with them right now. They're still fairly new to this store and they're still learning, but beyond that the food was absolutely magnificent. I would encourage anybody to come to this long johns

It was just remodeled and opened back on December 5, 2025. Our food was good. Hushpuppies were crispy but oily.

This location was completely torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. We have been waiting for this location to open. We went in on a Sunday at about 1130, it was very busy! All of the cashiers were staffed and ready for order! We got a table pretty quick and order came about 10 minutes later has to be expected when it was this busy everything was hot and fresh, hopefully they will hold this standard of service and quality. As for now, definitely recommend. Those hush puppies today were off the charts!!

I like the food but business ...both locations....seem a bit dingy and tired. Vinegar bottles are usually empty or dirty so I have to ask for packets and of salt

Food was good, just wasn't hot. Service was fantastic. Restaurant looked like it hadn't been cleaned in decades. Will I go back? Probably, but through the drive thru.
The hours are 10am-10pm but they were not open at 10 beer bottles in front of building. Looks like everything was falling apart

Dirty, greasy seats and tables. Wallpaper torn and put with back with tape very nasty place and employees don't look too clean and professional either. Food is hard and over cooked or recooked

Food was hot, breading was crispy. They did forget the slaw but missing sides are common error. They had no qualms giving me the side when I told them they didn’t put it in the bag.
