Placed an order, failed to mention noodles instead of rice. When I called to verify, the lady that answered was rude, you could feel the disgust coming through my phone from her taking my call and asking questions about my order. The food was ok, but the phone service was absolutely disappointing. Just another example of people working at a job that they don't like and it bleeds over to the paying public..

I order food I ask for sriracha the lady only gave one. I ask for more the lady with piercings said one per table. The small container wasn’t even full. I do understand one per person but one per table is bs! Also went in with a baby there is no changing table in the women’s restroom.

Food was ok I had orange chicken it was very hard to chew the chicken was mainly over cooked and dry. The rice was very good and the crab wonton was very good. I won't eat there again but we did try it. Excellent staff very friendly.
Highly quality food at an affordable price. Always come here rather than those overpriced places. My favorite in Lubbock.

The food is ok. But customers service is soo horrible, this cashier woman want you to give a tips for give it to you from the counter to your hands tips. And if you don’t give any tips they mad and angry, they have his own salary ready,any restaurant you go this people want you to give any tips fir what, they not even waiter or cooks,

Spent over $30 on sushi rolls and edamame and messed up my entire order 30 min before closing. I called the manager the next day and she expected me to bring my whole entire order up there or she cannot give me a refund and I live over 30 minutes away. I told her I have a picture of the whole entire order and she still cannot give me a refund unless I bring the entire whole order back. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in this place and I’ll never come back.

I ordered salmon with noodles thru door dash and requested Lemon both with restaurant and dasher I didn’t get lemon dasher he asked and was told they don’t have any…. What? I get the food and the taste is so bland. Made me feel like this is what people with Covid tasted their food absolutely no flavor definitely NEVER AGAIN-go elsewhere trust
