I might’ve got a speeding ticket and backed into someone the next day but when i went here yesterday and a Mexican guy gave me a free cookie all i gotta say is it was a good week

Upon walking in customer service was not great… employee was rude and lacked customer service skills, almost NO flavors of ice cream were available, the marble stone was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned all day…. I will never go there again….

It was my first time and they were very helpful in letting me know how their process worked

The girl serving me was super rude and some of the items on the menu are listed $1 less than what it rings up for. Super disappointing.

I love their ice cream. It is always consistently the same taste. I can always count on getting the flavor I want. They have friendly staff and good service. If you like cheesecake flavor, their cheesecake ice cream with fresh strawberry is the best I've had.

This place is great, I really love the milk shakes they have, my most favorite is the cookie sundae

My wife and I went to Marble Slab this evening about 7:30. We have been fans for a lot of years. But this is changing based on our last several visits. My wife ordered cinnamon vanilla with almonds in a waffle bowl, I did coffee and homemade chocolate with hot fudge in a waffle bowl. I was told no more hot fudge because their warmer is broke so not doing it no more???? Seriously the prices you charge I think you can get it fixed. So the young man that made my wife’s, dropped some of her ice cream off the table. It was a pretty large amount. When my wife asked him, I guess I lose that, he said yes it fell off the table. Not even getting more to replace it. Then my portion, I guess the little girl isn’t strong enough to get the ice cream out, so I ended up with about a child’s portion. Waffle bowls were old and mine was over cooked. Then to top things off, it was over $18, insane prices for the amount of ice cream you receive, we can almost go eat dinner for two for these prices. It’s really sad that kids are left to operate businesses, without leadership. Plenty of other places to get ice cream in town. Don’t foresee returning.

Great ice cream! Pleasant staff but it was sooooo busy we did have a little wait. I think they need a bigger store to fit everyone in that wants to enjoy their ice cream. It's the best!

The cookies and ice cream were SO good.

Dietary restrictions: As a mother I loved that the company has all the allergens listed. My daughter is allergic to egg & peanut which are both typical ingredients in ice cream. With baskin robins or other ice cream shops we’ve had to have so many flavors checked and it takes so long. Having the allergens clearly labeled made it quick and easy to find something that we could share with our daughter.
