My wife and I went to Marble Slab this evening about 7:30. We have been fans for a lot of years. But this is changing based on our last several visits. My wife ordered cinnamon vanilla with almonds in a waffle bowl, I did coffee and homemade chocolate with hot fudge in a waffle bowl. I was told no more hot fudge because their warmer is broke so not doing it no more???? Seriously the prices you charge I think you can get it fixed. So the young man that made my wife’s, dropped some of her ice cream off the table. It was a pretty large amount. When my wife asked him, I guess I lose that, he said yes it fell off the table. Not even getting more to replace it. Then my portion, I guess the little girl isn’t strong enough to get the ice cream out, so I ended up with about a child’s portion. Waffle bowls were old and mine was over cooked. Then to top things off, it was over $18, insane prices for the amount of ice cream you receive, we can almost go eat dinner for two for these prices. It’s really sad that kids are left to operate businesses, without leadership. Plenty of other places to get ice cream in town. Don’t foresee returning.

Great ice cream! Pleasant staff but it was sooooo busy we did have a little wait. I think they need a bigger store to fit everyone in that wants to enjoy their ice cream. It's the best!

The cookies and ice cream were SO good.

Dietary restrictions: As a mother I loved that the company has all the allergens listed. My daughter is allergic to egg & peanut which are both typical ingredients in ice cream. With baskin robins or other ice cream shops we’ve had to have so many flavors checked and it takes so long. Having the allergens clearly labeled made it quick and easy to find something that we could share with our daughter.

I ordered a cake online for my daughter's birthday. We live 8 hrs away and set to pick the cake up on our arrival... I have never seen something so off and so opposite of what I actually ordered. I was shocked to silence. And the poor girl who handed me the cake was probably thinking, "Geez, I hate this job!" I'm sure she saw the order and thought, "damn, they had one job!" I felt bad for her and I decided not to show out... but this cake was TERRIBLE! See pics... I can't make this stuff up! I can say it still tasted good but looked like a dumpster fire.

Great location. Close to where I was staying and easy to get in and out of that location.

I ordered delivery through their website and when it arrived, I was missing an ice cream and they gave me a small instead of medium. I called the store and spoke to Aiden. His solution was for me to go up there and get the ice cream that was missing. I asked him if I was seriously expected to go up there after paying $6 for delivery so that I didn't have to leave my house?? His response was a simple, "yes." Never accepted responsibility for the mistake. This is horrible customer service and unexceptional, Aiden.

I just spoke with the assistant manager and he basically said there was nothing Aiden could do other than have me go up there then to get what they didn't get right. And that he would put me down for 2 free ice creams lol. It isn't free bc I never got what I paid for. And I paid for delivery and didn't get what I ordered, so this isn't mathing right.

Walked in just wanted a simple cookie got the cookies but waited 20 minutes at the register and never got checked out as there were more people waiting as well. There were 5 of them working after waiting we left the cookies and left.

Tonight's experience was very disappointing and distasteful. The young lady behind the counter was very rude and showed it in her facial expression that she truly is not a face for customer service. My sisters and I walked in around 3-4 minutes till 9 for ice cream. We noticed the chairs were up and that the young lady was cleaning, but prior to walking in the sign, it did reflect closing time for Sunday at 10pm. As we walked in the young lady behind the counter looked at us in disgust I'm assuming because we walked in a few minutes till closing which we weren't aware of at the time because again the sign on the store front says 10pm. I asked if the store was still open, and she rudely replied yeah you got 3 minutes.""" We were no longer interested at that point and went over to menchies and had a wonderful experience with the lady's working. When my sisters and I get together for something sweet, Marble slab was out meeting spot, but unfortunately, this was a complete turn-off, and this matter should be addressed before it happens to someone else, truthfully even though we walked in just before closing you still have to serve your customers and take pride in everything you do.It's not what you say it's how's you say it.

Very disappointed with the overall taste of my order. I ordered a strawberry shortcake sundae expecting well strawberries and there is no strawberries just an extremely artificial tasting syrup the ice cream the cake was good but who wants a strawberry shortcake sundae with no actual strawberries… I understand having not having actual fresh strawberries but i know there are other options other than this. I also ordered a cookie and it had the worst after taste maybe it was the one i got (m&m) but definitely was yet again disappointed… so disappointed that i never leave reviews on places but i felt the need to here…
