Mr.G was so amazing and did a great job taking my order the comfort I got and felt especially around the holidays. Much needed. The food was delicious it took no time for me to order even though I was being a bit picky he handled me great!

Tables were all messy and trash on the floors. Manager was rude. I guess manager. Blonde headed lady. They were out of potatoes. It’s always been good. Today was terrible. Person behind us got potato we were told it would be an hour if we wanted one.

From the moment we walked in, Mr G greeted us and was ready to take our order. He was very patient with us being that it had been a long time since we had been here. Great customer service, and knew how to encourage the up purchasing. Very polite and listened to our stories and related with us in sharing his story as well!! The family was made to feel very welcome!

The woman working at 5 pm on 12/17 was an angel. I watched her go above and beyond in customer service. She even knew an older couples name and order. Definitely deserves a raise! The food was good, too.

The menu here says all sandwich’s come with your choice of side when we asked the counter person told me it was going to be and extra charge for a side after already spending 30 dollars for 2 sandwhichs not a good deal at all very overrated and overpriced April De Los Santos is the general manager at the location I went to and the counter person did not even give us the option for a side either counter help defiantly not doing there job
