Gail helped us today 8-16-25 She did an amazing job and helped me discover my new favorite sandwich the BBQ Pork melt….. it was so dang delicious!! She was very personable and polite she deserves a raise

Ordered online at 11:16 am. Was told it would be ready at 11:31am .Arrived in store at 11:34 am Waited almost 20 minutes until order was brought out. Was offered a weak ‘sorry for your wait ‘ after we mentioned the 20 minute wait. Another customer had already been waiting 10 minutes for their Online order when we got there. Seemed odd to me that the manager/shift lead walked back into the store after we had being waiting for 10 minutes. They walked right past us but failed to check to see if they could help us. They need to get it together. The guy in the back was the only one taking care of business; the other employees not so much.

Everytime I order here whether it be online or in person, im waiting for OVER 30 minutes PAST the time of pickup for my food to be done. That's an entire hour of waiting on a single sandwich or a sandwich and salad. And the staff say nothing nor acknowledge the li g wait time. I remember now after months of not coming why we don't come here

A grilled chicken salad should not have 1250 mg of sodium. You should also not refer to processed chicken as “grilled”. You fooled me once, not again.

Food was decent, but service left some to be desired, service was not very warm and very cold. There were about 7 dirty tables that were left for her 20 minutes. The excuse of there being minimal staff is simply not true, this was 20 minutes after I got my meal, and these young ladies sat there visiting with each other.
I am not impressed, perhaps more supervision of these young people is needed?

I ordered soup for my husband who suffers from dental issues and has trouble chewing. Few hours after he ate it it started coming out of both ends. He got food poisoning. When I called to speak to the manager I got an attitude from the manager set the manager is an asshole and he doesn't care that he's giving people food poisoning so here's my review don't eat here you'll get food poisoning

My wife loves this place, which means I do too…healthy and fresh, consistently food!
There was a long line and I was next to order and two people walked in and cut in front of me and everyone else behind me. The people behind me walked out as well when they saw this happened. The cashier with a blonde ponytail helped them even though there was a long line behind me and I was next to order. She was rude and unapologetic I will not be returning to this location

There was only two workers in there, but they hustled hard. The lady who took our order and served us was extremely nice. The male cook was trying hard to get food out and it tasted good.

I’m definitely not one to do this but this has happened every single time we come in this McAllisters. We walk in and have to wait over 5 minutes for anyone to even come up to the register because everyone is talking in the back not paying attention. There is more than enough employees standing around talking to take are order. Also when it’s really busy there is only one person taking everyone’s order while there are 2 other registers open with employees yet again standing around talking. The customer service here is not the best.

Food was great. Service was extremely slow, no urgency at all. There was 5 people that had online orders waiting longer than told. No apologies for being behind. Person calling out names was a low whisper...just seemed they didn't care much.
