My food consistently comes out messed up. I drive further away to go to a better McDonald's so I don't have to deal with the incompetence here. My big Mac came without the meat and I couldn't get ahold of anyone to fix it. In the past I've gotten other people's meals in the drive thru and at times the wait is up to 30 minutes.

I placed a mobile order at 16 minutes till close arrived at the speaker 6 minutes before close and I was turned down my MOBILE order? I voiced that they didn’t close for another 6 minutes, the girls excuse was that “MAYBE we didn’t have everything you ordered”. Right, so you had 16 minutes after receiving my order to throw 6 nuggets in the fryer and a single burger patty on the grill. Every single fast food place I worked at in college and high school all have the same policy “no customer is to be turned down before the actual closing time”. Ridiculous

This has to be the worst McDonald's in town. It's more like MHMR than anything. Should they run a register? Oh no, don't let them near the fryer. I could drive a few more miles,but I like the mystery sacks!! It's like Christmas, you know what you asked for, but what are you going to get?

Probably one of the most sorriest locations in lubbock. Tried to order lunch it was 10:57, and was told they won't "start til 11". I could have argued or pulled around and it would of taken the 3 minutes that they needed to "start". Literally have been to plenty of locations where they started letting people order lunch at 10:30. Hire people who understand customer service the right way!

This is the 3rd time this month where my fries had literally no salt on them. Im done with this McDonalds. I guess raising prices also means no salt, managers with no personality and longer wait times. I have never experienced this at another McDonald's so its definitely a management issue
