Staff was wonderful. Clean location and my son loved the indoor playground. Excellent!!!

Only ordered ice creams and drinks. Did not get one ice cream said she would get it but ignored and waited on someone else. Still did not get drinks. When I finally got second ice cream it was melted. Came only because it’s the only play place. Not again

Me and my roommate put online order in just some chicken nuggets and a double quarter pounder we get there 10 minutes later and they have five other cars in front and we wait at the second window for 10 minutes then thay tell us to move up and they proceeded to give 8 different cars there orders they also said ours will be Ready in 4 minutes 10 minutes later they came out with our food im pretty understand especially since i worked at fast food restaurants but that was ridiculous to tell us to move up but yet give 8 different cars there food no problem and the manager or gm what ever position he in was pretty rude when we asked how much longer our food going take and again all we had was a small fry a ten piece nugget and a double quarter pounder just three things so its ridiculous with what happened

The play place is never cleaned and bathroom never has soap to wash hands. .

Kid-friendliness: We had a very nice time. Food was good , service was great and the kids made a few friends playing!
We go on weekends and it's a hit or miss with the customer service. Some of them seem to hate their jobs and the customer gets the attitude and rude service . On good days they are fast and very polite and everything is so clean when the good team is working!

It took so long to get our food, but they made up for it by having fresh fries fresh patties and the drinks weren't watered down for once. Hate the way but love how they took care of us.
Parking: Plenty of parking when everybody's in the Drive-Thru. LOL
Wheelchair accessibility: They do have good wheelchair accessibility enough handicap spaces and places to ease down the sidewalk.
