Great place that has everything you could want. Chocolate, coffee, teas, funko pops, Star Wars, Marvel, D.C. Harry Potter, Disney, the list is too long. Amazing place and Scott is great.

Purchased a 12 oz. Kaffe coffee container through their website. I had to reach out in order for them to ship, which is fine as I wasn't stressing. Scott, reached out letting me know they will ship. Once I received the package a few days later, they shipped an 8 oz. I reached out to Scott and he apologized for not sending the correct one and said he would send me out a 12 oz. That was over two weeks ago. I have tried reaching out multiple times and no response.This wouldn't be an issue if I weren't paying for an 12 oz. and receiving an 8 oz. I guess I will just keep the 8 oz, but just a complete lack of professionalism on Scott's end.

We purchased 5 candles in October, 2023. We only received 3 candles, one of which was broken. We never received the replacement candles or, after multiple calls, the promised reimbursement check. Otto's prices look good until they do not deliver.

Very cool shop they literally have a bit of everything. Candles, coffee beans whole or ground, they got you, marvel collectibles, yup, even Harry Potter stuff. They even had some crazy chocolates from France and Germany. A gentleman by the name of Scott was helping me on the day I went and he was very nice, we talked for like an hour. Really neat place, if you haven't been you should go check it out. I purchased some coffee and had it ground as well as some chocolates. Both were delicious. Sadly, Scott was waiting for a shipment to arrive so I was not able to get the coffee I really wanted. Nobody's fault though, shipping sometimes just sucks. I will be going back.

I had a very negative experience ordering online. I placed an online order in November 2023 that I never received and when I called about it I was told, "It shipped." I said I was not given any tracking information and the response was, "We'll send that to you," which they never did. I called several more times and was told that it would be checked into but I never got a response. At the end of December when I called again they asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes. They sent me an email on January 1st saying they refunded me but as of January 17th there is no refund and I had to call my credit card company to address the situation. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told, "Oh, he just stepped out."

Don't ever buy from them. Made an order in November still hasn't shipped and when asked about it I got an email saying I'm not able to check your order right now and never got back to me! They just took my money and scammed me!

We were greeted with a taste of Hawaiian coffee as we shopped for chocolates and ornaments. What a great place to find unusual decorations and the best Godiva Chocolate . Hope you get to go and see and taste for yourself !

I've started working at Otto's Granary about 2 1/2 years ago & I'm always surprised with all the different items there are. Just about everyday I'm at Otto's,I learn something new about the products or find a new item (both new to me & new to the store). Otto's is a great place to visit if you have the time, it is NOT a place to go when you're in a rush. Unless you place an online order for curbside pickup or call in your order which is usually ready the same day.

Went in to buy a tea pot...asked the guy working if they had any new ones in the back..was told he would go look and we were ignored...very rude! We ended up walking out without the pot after waiting a few minutes for the guy to go get it! Service was horrible! And for those over priced items your better off going somewhere else where the people are more hospitable!
