Our leadership team recently began holding our weekly lunch discussions at this Outback Steakhouse location. Over the past month, we've visited three times—and each visit has exceeded expectations.
These lunches are vital for us as we collaborate on strategic ideas to grow our business. From my vantage point at a table of eight, I was impressed by the staff’s attentiveness and professionalism. On one occasion, the manager personally delivered additional appetizers—on the house—demonstrating a commitment to hospitality that stood out. Our server was equally outstanding, providing exceptional service without interrupting our conversations.
The team’s attention to detail and eagerness to please didn’t go unnoticed. Their approach serves as a reminder to us in leadership: this is the kind of mindset we must adopt toward our own customers—proactive, thoughtful, and driven to deliver more than expected.
Outback has become more than a restaurant for us—it’s now a trusted partner in creating the kind of environment that fuels meaningful conversation and forward momentum.

Came here for Graduation and was very disappointed. First problem, we were brought an appetizer we didn't ask for. Ordered 1 drink from the bar that took 20 min to get. Was never given any bread until we asked for it which was when we questioned about the drink taking so long. The table beside us told their waiter to keep the bread flowing and they had 5 loaves before we received any. My husband ordered the NEW! Chimichurri Filet which was only 5 pieces of steak thrown on a plate that did not look appetizing at all. Won't be returning .
