I came right after lunch, and they were out of a few the entrees, but understandable. What I did get was hot, fresh, and delicious. What impressed me the most was how clean the bathroom was! I had one to many refills, so had to make a quick stop before I left. I was impressed for sure.
Pulled into the drive thru a few minutes ago and no one said anything. We wanted a few minutes before saying something and we were told that they were backed up and needed a few minutes. The guy who told us was super nice and took our order quickly…. We were told when we ordered our broccoli beef that it would be a wait in which we waited almost 20 minutes. We didn’t mind because the staff was nice but when we finally got home there was literally like three pieces of beef????...
Even though it’s fast food, the product here was hot and fresh and the order was complete with no mistakes. I can appreciate when a staff shows some care for their job regardless of their position. They were polite and didn’t seem inconvenienced by my being there. It’s sad I feel I should mention that, but a lot of places these days have condescending staff: this place was a refreshing change from the norm.
