Derrick is an uber arrogant prick. Blaming his employees for his own mistake, berated an employee in front of customers, and refused to be accountable for his own actions. If I were one of the employees I would go to HR and report his harassment. The way he talked to my fiancé after they jacked up an order.. Karma is a (female dog). He messed up and didn’t acknowledge it. Piss poor customer service.
Yesterday my friends( Tenora Nobbie Huey and Kionna Wilkerson) had the unthinkable happen to them. I wanted to help so, Today I called Papa John's Pizza. They discounted all of the pizza I wanted send to the family for lunch at the hospital. So I just want to says thank you to Papa John's Pizza on 9th and University in Lubbock, TX for your generous support!
