These tamales used to be the bomb, not anymore! Corporate greed has changed the recipe,ingredients, something, alot of things because they don't taste the same as they used to! What a shame to destroy the 'sirloin in a shuck' mantra! These tamales are surviving off the once once great era when these were the best tamales around! Just a sad shame!
I loved the traditional Mild Pork Tamale, Chicken, and Jalapeño Popper. The heat of the spice did not over take the flavor of the tamale. Tom loved the Mild Beef. The best stop we made was discovering how tasty these tamales were! Yum!
