Surprisingly good. If you've ever been to lubbock all buildings here look like holes in the wall.But this is truly a gem. They're kind and nice. I got a pastrami and chili fries. This is as good as some east coast joints.

We've driven past Pete's many times. On this particular evening, I needed a regular burger and one without a bun. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. My son devoured his burger, I put mine on gluten free bread and two orders of fries was so much, we could have split one order. I'm really glad we finally stopped there. I highly recommend Pete's burgers!!Dietary restrictions: I asked for my burger with all the trimmings but without a bun since I'm gluten free. It was no problem at all. The vegetables were all fresh, and everything was still hot by the time I got home.
