It's hit miss with customer service. I came here for the Gizzards not the customer service. They now have Turkey legs, beats Fair prices. Always best to come early in the day. I hope they start in business and find good staff (customers can be rude).
For a gas station BBQ joint it wasn't bad but it wasn't great. Brisket and sausage was moist. The ribs on the other hand were over cooked. The sides were exceptionally small amount. Would I return... probably not. I have had considerably worse in my time. But I judge bbq joints against my cooking as well as my taste buds, so I'm pretty particular when it comes to good BBQ!!
Could have had more bbq sauce on the brisket sandwiches.
Be careful with the chopped brisket sandwich, and make sure you have it in a plastic bag before taking it to your vehicle.
