terrible curb side service. they weren't taking deliveries. order was supposed to be ready at 12. the guy said he was by himself and it would be another 5 to 10 minute wait for curb side
I am a former employee and manager of two Pizza Hut locations in Lubbock, so I know how things work, or I should say SHOULD work. I have been gone for 8 years, so I think I'm considered a customer now.

If i could have rated lower i would have. I get your busy but that can't be your only excuse. I ordered at 1113 am and had my cold pizza by 1pm. Pizza was not even the right one i ordered. They did offer to void my check and im thankful, this was my first time ordering, i usually go to other pizza places! I understand we all get busy and slammed but come on.
