The older woman was very grumpy. My pretzel bites today had been sitting out and aren't fresh. Shanna was very kind and helpful tho. When you are a customer you should feel welcomed by the staff. Especially since there are 2 pretzel shops in the mall.
Pretzels were over cooked. Lady was rude.
Way too salty even when I asked for light salt
