So I normally avoid going to this tea place I’ll purposely drive out of my way to not go to this one because of the service here. I have a very specific order and they act like so inconvenienced by it and if you look up my account, I get a tea from y’all every single day sometimes multiple drinks because I love going I love y’all‘s teas. I love your products. I get them for my coworkers and I love to support your business however, every time I go here they look at me like what I’m asking for is So inconveniencing for them and when they read the order back like it is the most inconveniencing thing in the world for them to do they don’t act like they’re happy to be there. They act like they’re so bothered by anything you ask them for like please get more friendly employees. It’s a girl with short hair and then a guy he literally got the drink order and then rolled his eyes and walked off to go fill it. There are so many people that would kill to have a job and they’re over here acting like it’s the end of the world to make a tea order.

I absolutely loooove tea 2 go but this morning I got a 32 oz sweet peach tea and it was 99% ice and 1 % tea. Legit took like 5 sips and it was gone. Please don’t be like Starbucks!!!! My craving for sweet peach tea isn’t even satisfied because how little tea was in it. Next time I’ll ask for lite ice.

Horrible customer service. The girl working here would rather talk to her male coworker than greet people or acknowledge them at all. Didn’t let me use my points either because she was too busy with her conversation

The girls were nice and welcoming. Love their energy tea down to the hibiscus tea. It would be nice to have a little more alternative sugar but the selection is good. The sizes to price are great. Getting our water jugs refilled are easy as well.
