I love Rita’s donuts, it’s become my favorite donut place because not only do they sell tamales (they’re actually pretty good), but they also sell boba and smoothies. I tried a strawberry coconut smoothie and that thang was gooood. I also tried their brown sugar boba and it was really sweet and refreshing. Back in Lubbock again. Went straight to Rita's for donuts to take home..late in day (around 10:30 am).
Purchased 1 dozen glazed and apple fritter. Very good. Next visit I, I will try their filled donuts (many options). Menu shows breakfast sandwich options too. Staff member offered to take my purchase to my car (have mobility issues). These folks know how to make yeast donuts and don't skimp on the glaze (Krispy Kreme should take note). Thank you, again.

This is a pretty tasty donut shop. I appreciate the prices and the variety of options to select from. I thoroughly enjoyed the boudin kolache roll. It was spicy but delicious. The bear claw and cinnamon flower are off the chain as well.
