Born and raised in Lubbock, but had to move to Corpus Christi back in 2015. Moved back to Lubbock about a month ago, and Rosa's was the first place we stopped. OMG! I didn't even realize how much I missed Taco Tuesdays! Lol! We've been twice a week since getting back, and every time, the food is fresh and delicious, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. On top of that, they're fast! I've never had to wait more than a few minutes, and they usually have my order ready by the time I make it to the window. Overall, Rosa's is one of our family favorites.
Lunch was good. Service was good and in and out in good time, I'm always in a hurry.

Flavorless Mexican food. Fast food experience. Chipotle actually has more flavor. Very disappointed. Colorful restaurant but you order at the counter..fast food...you pick it up yourself...fast food...serve your own drink..fast food...serve your own salsas,which taste like chemicals ( heavy preservatives) it's a Mexican McDonald's, except it lacks flavor. Again, extremely disappointed.

Very small fajita burrito. Without further comments.? For the same price you can make 10 at home. And with a large tortilla, not a small one like they serve here. It was an experience that challenged me to prepare the recipe at home, and I loved the result.

Pretty sad to see one of the few south lubbock restaurants going out of business... or at least that's what it seems like with the big decline in quality and portion sizes. Noticed the decline for over a year now and really can't justify feeding my family a 60 dollar meal and be left hungry and underwhelmed on flavor.
