Rosa's has been a favorite of mine for many many years. However, just recently there has been big changes. The surfaces of their tables and booths are always sticky to the touch. Their tortillas, in the past, were wonderful. Made fresh and on-site. Now they are awful (brown, tasteless, chewy, resembling leather, borderline uneatable). From not eating all day to getting food and going home and just automatically loosing an appetite because who knows if this is even cleaned or not !!!
