We eat at ponto gaucho regularly. We love them!!! Plenty of gluten free options for us celiacs. Never had a reaction from their food. Great food and great service!

My daughter goes to Tech, and we have eaten here probably 3-4 times. It has never disappointed, the food and service have been excellent every time. I now hear they are opening a second location in Amarillo and we are so excited. Keep up the good work Ponto Gaucho!

Ponto Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse offers a great dining experience with excellent and amazingly attentive service. Staff are super attentive, friendly, and very quick, ensuring drinks are constantly refilled and that guests receive their meat cooked just as they want it. The atmosphere is pleasant and good for a variety of groups, from dates to family dinners and company parties.
The food is delicious and features a large variety of so many good meat choices. Notable cuts include the tender bottom round, Picanha, and rib eye. Servers continuously bring around skewers of meat, along with delectable appetizers like fried cheese, grilled pineapple described as apple cinnamon glazed, grilled bananas, hot Pao De Queijo, and fried yucca. The salad bar is also great, offering tomato soup, mashed potatoes, and many sides. The Brazilian lemonade is a must-try, and the flan dessert is really good.
It is recommended to plan for at least two hours to pace the meal. The experience provides great value, being very cheap for the amount of protein you can eat, though some note it is best visited with a big appetite. Overall, it is a favorite restaurant providing a great dinner and a great experience.
