Sliced brisket was 3/4s chopped and very fatty. Quality control is lost.
BEWARE!!!!!! The last 2 Sundays I had gone in a did the grab and go and used the cashier at the front of the store. Blondie with then sleeve tattoo likes to tip herself without giving the customer the chance to consent. Once you swipe your card, it looks like it bypasses the tip screen, when in actuality she is primed when you swipe your card and tips herself for you. Confirmed by a tip showing up on the screen. Not about the money, but the principle.

I had the loaded baked potato & it was delicious 😋 sweet tea was perfect
Dang good bbq! We had a great experience there today. Jacob (I believe was his name 😬) was our cashier and did a fine job walking us through the menu and making sure we got the samples we wanted. He was friendly and helpful and made the experience even better by not making us feel rushed or as if we were an inconvenience. This was our first time in and we plan to return.

Rudy's all over Texas has been my go to for years. I have a 3 strike rule when visiting places as I know place can have off days. I have gone to this place 3 or 4 times across the last 5 years and each time has gotten worse with food quality. I would call this place very average now a days. We got a pound of moist, 2 whole sausage, 2 drinks and a couple of small sides. This meal was worth $40-50 at best. We paid $73. Even ordering moist, it tasted as if had been sitting out for some time, dried out. The sausages had flavor but the texture reminded me of hot dogs cooked in boiling water. The pickles from the side bar were mushy with no snap. The place now reminds me of a restaurant bought out by a private equity firm. Ran as cheap as possible.
It was great!

Raise the prices yet again, but didnβt increase the size of the portions. Now that youβre scamming us charge us 5.1ounces but when you put it on the scale, see for yourself. Also, the handwashing station has scolding burning hot water.

I love this bbq place. It's always solid food! The lines move fast with multiple workers checking you out and always has a smiling face! My must haves are the potato salad, the moist brisket and a jalapeno sausage link. If you wanna go healthier try the turkey! It's amazing too! Also get a rice crispy treat! You won't be disappointed!
