Pork Loin
Same cut as pork chops, but without the bone. Seasoned with Rudy's Rub and smoked for approximately 1½ hours. Served thinly sliced.
Pulled Pork
Shredded pork that has been smoked and mixed with our tangy Mustard Au Jus sauce.

This was me and my wife's 1st time eating here.
The brisket was amazing. Very tender and was delicious.
We also tried the baby back ribs.
These were a little undercooked as the meat stuck to the bone and was rubbery.
Everything else was great.

Do yourself a favor... order the chili (pulled pork?) stew. It's a meal!

Parking: Come early and lots of room.

We order from here through Uber Eats app. and they did a great job with our order. I appreciate the plastic ware setup since I was staying at a hotel and didn't have any. The moist brisket is too much fat for me and shouldn't have order it, other than that everything else is great.
