Sabroso and The Alibi Bar Reviews
Head a a great experience there! Server “Zaib” also goes by Z took care of us very well! We will be back soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The food was good. The barbacoa really had no taste. It was just chunks of roast. Brandy was not professional at all! She scolded the new waitress in front of us. Not only once but several times. Very rude!! I've been a manager for many years. Staff should not be scolded in front of customers.
The food service was excellent and very friendly staff. The menu had plenty of great choices and our food was outstanding. We went to the one off Loop 289 and Quaker. Can not wait for us to try the breakfast items next trip.

However, there have been occasional incidents of unprofessional behavior. The restaurant is a favorite among those in their 30s looking to avoid college crowds, with a cozy, hole-in-the-wall vibe. Although there have been some management issues, karaoke fans may still enjoy the experience, especially on Wednesday nights.
The menu features a variety of options, including the popular chili rellenos, which customers have described as perfectly done. Vegetarian diners can also enjoy the chili rellenos. Additionally, the breakfast burritos have received positive reviews.
